Here are my meals from yesterday.
Wake up: Hot lemon ginger water
Breakfast: Green Citrus.. Mmm
Morning Snack: Coconut Water
Lunch: Red, White, Blue, (& Green!) - 3 c. watermelon, 4 handfuls blueberries, 12 kale leaves
Afternoon Snack: Green Citrus
Dinner: Sporty Spice
Dessert: Red, White, Blue, (& Green!). This was not a good dessert, yuck!
Before Bed: Dandelion Root tea
